Access in the hours of 8-21.30 weekdays and 9-14.00 weekends.

Gym Use Policy – Minimum Age 14 Years

AGES 14–16: Access is permitted ONLY with parental/guardian consent. 

The parent/guardian accepts full responsibility for the minor whilst using the gym and confirms the participant is fit and able to take part in physical exercise. Gym rules and staff instructions must be followed at all times.
