We may share information with emergency services if needed for your safety, or with authorities if required by law
How we keep it safe
Paper forms are stored securely
Electronic records (if any) are password protected
We keep your data while you are a member, and for up to six years afterwards (for legal reasons), unless you ask us to delete it sooner where possible
Your rights
You can:
Ask to see the information we hold about you
Ask us to correct or delete your information (where possible)
Withdraw your consent for us to use your health information
Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you’re unhappy with how your data is handled

Minors
Members must be at least 16 years old to join the gym independently. Those under 16 may only use the facilities with written consent of a parent or guardian.
