Direct Debit & Cancellation Terms for Gym Membership
1. What is Direct Debit?
A Direct Debit is an automatic payment method that allows
your monthly membership fee to be securely collected directly from your
nominated bank account. Payments are taken on the agreed date each month, so
you don’t need to manually make transfers or worry about missed payments. You’ll
always receive advance notice of payments and any changes to the amount or
date. MYMEMBERSHIP will show on bank statements (that's us ;) )
2. Cancellation -14 Days before payment is due to be taken
You can cancel by giving the required notice (14 days), and
your Direct Debit will be stopped. This can be done through your bank/banking
app or in the gym ask a member of staff. We understand circumstances can change. If you need to cancel please let us know so we can keep your membership plan upto date.
3. Member Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are
available in your account on the due date. Failed payments may result suspension of access until payments
are up to date.
